Well I'm back home now in a damp & windy England. Good to meet up with you all.

My fullest thanks and greatest respect for Moabmark & French_de & Ted Ring and the very many regulars on this board who welcomed me with open arms and helped me in my ab initio canyoneering.
But highest marks must go to Iceaxe for his patience, courtesy & friendship in accommodating the inexperienced foreigner, and his enthusiasm to pass on his knowledge and experience to a new Bogleyite such as I.
