I belong to numerous high performance car, Corvette and racing forums.... Goodyear has cut their own throat.

This is not like Nike where the woke picked up the slack... for the most part car guys and gear heads actually have jobs and lean moderate if not conservative in their values... it also doesn't help that Goodyear has been selling an inferior product for the past 10 years and has moved a large percentage of their manufacturing to China.

I saw this the other day. The Democratic national convention did nothing to help their cause.

Some polls have Trump leading by a hair, and the Republican national convention is still pending.

I think if anything Trump is gaining momentum right now while Biden continues to slide. Their strategy of "vote blue no matter who" is now starting to unravel, and gets worse every time Biden emerges from his basement.
