The Tropic Trail is about 1.6 miles long and connects with Peek-a-Boo, then the bottom of Navajo Loop via a short spur. You can actually enter the park for free on the eastern border via the ladder at the gate.

Looks more like Black Mountain to me.
If it is--at one time, it was going to be developed as a ski area.
Not Kolub Peak. Not Black Mountain. But in Utah and visible from Zion NP.
