Last.fm is a pretty nice online radio place. Lets you pick your own artists, even individual songs. Also folks can start groups where they listen to songs they like. Hmmmm, perhaps it's time for Bogley Radio!
New Dave Matthews playlist I've been compiling. Some live stuff, some studio, only (sad) love songs.
Specifically; Break Free from DMB Live Trax Vol. 6 | Fenway Park, Boston, MA - July 7-8, 2006
I had tickets to the concert that got cancelled this last summer....damn! Cant wait til they come to RedRocks again  :2thumbs:Quote:

This stuff aint the great music we had at the Wine Cellar :nono:
I am sorry but I do NOT like Neil Diamond, Barry Manalow, or John Denver there is another one I can't stand and his name escapes me at this moment.
Even the mention of these three and my hair stands on end. YUCK!!!
Had tickets to that show too. So glad I went out to Denver for the Mile High show last summer. I understand the cancellation, it was the day of Leroy's funeral, but I was disappointed that they couldn't reschedule. I really hope they put SLC on the tour this year...Quote:

And keeping with the thread; If I Had It All, DMB recorded live at the Gorge (September 8, 2002)
Might be worth you time to check out Neil Diamond's last couple albums though; 12 Songs and Home Before Dark were both produced by rick Rubin (who also did Johnny Cash's The American Recordings albums). It's a stripped down sound, just Neil and a guitar mostly, damn good stuff.Quote:

No I just can't do any of them... I don't know why. Maybe some repressed memory who knows. They seriously make my skin crawl.Quote:

Ok so now I have chosen to listen to the DeVotchKa fan station. Have to hear who this is. You have peaked my interest.
Right now it is playing something from a band named Calexico.
Have to let you know what I think.
SportsCenter
and Fell on Black Days - Soundgarden
Mot
Chemical Brothers - Galvanize
My son's favorite song. He incorrectly calls it, "push the button". But its the cutest thing in the world to hear him sing it.

Listening to A-ha live.
Thanks GHB!! Love it!
Brings back so many good memories. I had a crush on all three of them. My favorite was Magne love his scruffy face.
As for DeVotchKa... I still have not heard a song from them. The fan station played everything but them. Even played a little Peter Gabriel (whom I love). A lot of that music I liked, however there were some songs that were a bit depressing, or annoying beats. Still waiting to hear DevotchKa.
Now A-ha is singing "Crying in the Rain"
The Heart's Filthy Lesson - David Bowie
Crywolf - A-ha
