So I have a serious question... We have spent millions of dollars trying to prove Russian collusion with Trump, but the Democrats actually did rig an American presidential election, it has already been proven, yet no heads have rolled, Why is that?

Just because the rigging of the election ultimately failed is no reason to not punish a crime.
