After a good wash and a couple of coat hangers will get the job done.

The boots well that is another story and thank heavens for wool socks.

For a newbie, do you just wash your helmet in the kitchen sink and then just air dry it ?

I used to pull everything out and run it through the washing machine but.
Most helmies now days are plastic snaps so (and I am a noob too) just hit it with soap and a garden hose and the air from the compressor now to try and prolong the life seems that they are so cheap to replace and all:lol8:

Sorry no picts but today I ran into one that caused me some MOTO MADNESS.
Riding some rocky single track today and pickup somehow a rock the size of a bowling ball and wedged that bitch between my rear tire and fender but stuck big time up at the front part.
Took two of us rocking the bike to dislodge the rock.

One out of a kazillion is my guess.:ne_nau:

Who cleans their gear? Honestly?! :haha:

But I have to admit it does seem to be a big waiste of time mostly.
