The scenario he poses about the black guy entering a store sets up a classic "Kafkatrap," where your very denial of being racist is evidence of your guilt. It's a lose-lose scenario.
Hillsdale College put out an excellent article about this a little while ago. It is worth the read as it delves into the history of CRT and addresses what to do about it.

Obama was no help, calling himself the first black President; he was not fully black (being half-caste) and was therefore also the 44th white president too.
These misconceptions about "race" are not helped by the above video...skin colour [color] and race are not necessarily connected.
Very well done speech by a kid.

And it's a shame that it likely fell on empty ears regarding the people he directed it to...they'll shake their heads, insist he's "wrong" or "doesn't get it"...but otherwise it's good to see in plain sight that no everyone is towing the line with this shameful nonsense they're pushing these days.
Personally, I see it all as an excuse for envy, self pity and low self esteem. Directing hate towards others as an attempt to "cure" is a losing proposition...you would think that would be common sense to people, right? But I think mental illness runs rampant, along with so many lacking strength and power to be truly self-sufficient and determining your own fate. It's hard for me to figure it out sometimes...the sheer weakness of it all.
