BEAVER, Utah
Dang, I wonder how much trouble he could get in
If they charge this guy, good luck ever having someone come forward to report a mistaken kill. It's up to the authorities whether they'll poison the well of cooperation with the public yet further.
3-S's
I've never heard of a collared coyote. An accident would be if he had trapped it.
Did you see in the paper the next day after the report of shooting one near beaver that they spotted a pack of 5 wolves near Dutch John Utah. Wolves are feeling that they have filled the space around Yellowstone and expanding their territories. We can shoot Wolves in a small section of Utah. I believe north of I-80 and East of i-15. But once people start talking about it being legal to shoot them , coupled with the fact that it is almost a non-event to ever see one. I can understand a fellow popping one and thinking it was a coyote.
