Couple Dies While Hiking The Wave

that is just nuts - there is no reason to die hiking the wave - none! They could have gone off trail and found shade and waited for sunset to hike out. Or - checked weather forecast and said "we will come back another day" - I think it may be partly due to not having a backup plan for the day's outing. So you press on with the only plan and die. BTW - we had lunch in the wave - in the shade.
