I know your tied up this month Acca but I am and I do meen that I am going to hit the AF trails with or without anybody , so if anybody is up for this week or part of next week just give me a holler.
So sorry I can't make this on Thurs afternoon but it is what it is.
Sure wish I owned a big ole BMW and we could tie this shit in tight just before the Big Ole Bogely Fest.
You know one way of t other.
I think I got the green light for Wednesday evening. :2thumbs:
I'll be there.
Time place and trail? or meet up?
Sounds good. I'm off to a service now but I'll gt back to you.
I can prolly get up there by 5-5:30, maybe earlier. I need to see how the day goes. I can meet you in the parking lot. If you guys are going up early to explore, etc. Then get a map and lead the way when I get there. Looking forward to it! My little 390 is up to the challenge! :ride: :naughty:
I work a hectic job during the week but I will do everything I can to make it Wednesday afternoon. I may be able to make a 5pm if all goes well.
Mtn Seeker and I will be in the Tibble Fork lot at 5 pm to meet.
Dammit man, make it happen!! Attachment 54607
Look for my trailer. It's red, white and blue.
I guess Garbo and I will be there early and back down the trail in time for you 5:00 O-clock charlies.:lol8:
Would have liked to ride this event, but I am still messing around with the jetting on the honda. I bought a JD jet kit and a flexiable fuel mixture screw and I have lost track of how many emails, hours and configurations that I have tried to get this bike running properly. It may just simply be a track bike rather than a trail worthy bike.
Not that it's funny but I have been lucky with my jetting.
Runs great at 2000ft on through 7000ft. and maybe even higher.
The gearing on the other hand has been a bit of a issue for me.
Going to try a 52 tooth rear and hope it makes things work a little better.
I'll be there by 5. I hope you guys have enough gas in the tank by then...not talking about the bikes. :lol8:
