This has long been my favorite spot in the wasatch for fall colors. Unfortunately, this is my one chance to get out this year, as I'll be back in the grand canyon for a few weeks. The light didn't cooperate, made for an ominous image. Fall olors are just slightly past peak at this spot, but the aspens are still yet to change.

I agree, great spot. I was there the day after and the lighting was better but the reds were just past their prime. I was surprised at how bad the road was. I had my 3 month old baby and she was getting a good jolt!

Gorgeous spot! Nice photos guys. I am sure the three month old didn't mind and when she is 3 yrs she will be begging for you to go faster and make it bumpier!
