The first experience would be scary as hell as it is let alone being strapped to a corpse. I still want to go.
Good thing the instructor died after he opened up the parachute.
Most countries require skydivers to have an AAD (Automatic Activation Device). It's a lifesaver. Basically it activates the reserve or emergency parachute should the skydiver fail to deploy the main parachute for whatever reason, and he or she is getting dangerously close to the ground at freefall speeds.
