I don't hesitate to bring it along on backpacking trips where I know I'll be able to hang it up because there is nothing better than chilling in a hammock after a long day on the trail.
One of the times I tried to sleep in it, was down in Moab, and the wind picked up and was just swinging me back and forth incessantly...I gave up and slept in my truck.
