Totally! You need to let your hair down and just be yourself. I almost fell asleep. The video newsletter is a fantastic idea because it brings the users up to speed on the areas of the forum that are seeing little activity, or a ton of activity, and gives the mods an opportunity to pimp certain sections of the forum. It also builds relationships of trust between the mods and the users. :lol8:Quote:
