There are some small caves and big sinkholes in the area, but nothing I know of that seems very interesting for cavers.

So, Sinkhole Flat (which is pictured in your photo I assume) was named for potholes? :crazycobasa: Lots of other sinkholes thoughout the Swell in the Sindbad limestone.
The MK Tunnels in San Rafael Swell are pretty cool. If anyone is interested, I could post photos and location.
Hey, we likes dem photos. Post 'em up!Quote:

I'm going down to the swell this weekend. Does anyone know if the MK tunnels are still open?
Yup, they're still open. I think DOGM is planning on closing them off this spring/summer sometime, but it may even happen later than that.Quote:

would one of you be willing to give me some exact coord, or directions to these tunnels. summit42 and I will be making a trip down that direction for his bday at the end of the month, and I';d love to visit them prior to closing.
About a mile north of Castle Dale, turn off Highway 10 at these coordinates:Quote:

Hahah...I think those are only about 2' diameter, but that's not the only problem. Those drill holes are vertical. :ride: :scared:Quote:

That being the case, if Summit bikes down this he will forever be hardcore in my mind. :haha:

It's looking up from one of the tunnels towards the surface. This test hole is only about 10" wide.Quote:
