The road from Green River (town) to Horseshoe Canyon provides access to Bull Bottom on the Green River. An old stock trail is going down to the bottom.
More important is the outcrop of Entrada Sandstone to the south. The base of these rock formation is followed by a faint trail that leads to some interesting points. Some pictures:

On the east flank between the Entrada Cliffs and the river one can find large amounts of chert in different colors
Large expanses of slickrock between the cliffs and the river. No visible trail. Follow the boundary between gray and red sandstone.

A short but interesting trail, not too technical and not too tricky to navigate if you take the gray/red boundary as a guidance. |
