Hey everybody. I said that I would post when this thing dried up and it has. It's currently in great shape and super steep and fun. Come on out and ride. :jump_nutt:

Heading out shortly.

I doubt that I am going all the way to the top. I have a trailer that I am rebuilding so I need to get back noonish or so.

Hope to see you there.

You were up early weren't you? Sorry, I ended up sleeping in Saturday morning and when I got up it was already hot out, so I went to Mantua to try to beat the heat. Rode Devil's Gate and it was great. The descent is VERY washed out up there right now. I think that this spring has been hard on the trails around here. Still quite a bit of snow on the back side of those mountains.

Yeah I am always up early. Usually 4-5 I roll out of bed. It's a damn curse. Sunday I got to sleep in until 6:00 because I was so beat from Saturdays ride. I think it comes with being a work-a-holic.

It was a good day. Started out slow. I couldn't seem to get my second wind. I almost turned around 3 times before the fork. I pressed on and made it 4.5 miles and 2200 feet. I spent about an hour and a half clearing trail until I broke my small wire saw.

I took a bunch of pics of flowers. Lots and lots of Sego Lillies out right now and my favorite the Indian Paintbrush. But the Hero doesn't do will with shots like that.

Heres a patch of about 30 Sego Lillies.
