Hey, does anyone know what the mileage is on the Crest Trail, from BCC down into Mill Creek?
Also: Mid Mountain Trail from Deer Valley to Spiro and down Spiro?

Well, I did it - just registered for the Mid Mountain Marathon! Yikes!
This is why I need some trail distances - for running! :-) I like to mix it up and, in the summer, get up high to run. |

Figured out the Crest - about 12-13 miles. (anyone know how close it is to being melted out?)
Now I need to find some other fun places: for a little longer run I'm thinking Guardsman, across Crest, down to Dog Lake, down, aroudnd and back up to Desolation Lake to Crest Trail and back to Guardsman... what do ya think? Any guesses on the mileage on that? |

| I recall BCC to the bottom of Millcreek (Pavement included. This is how I ride it) is about 21-23 miles or something. |
