Hello!
Does anyone here know if the Red Rock Campground in Hanksville
http://www.redrockcampground.net/ is still operated?
I send an email to the address mentioned at the end of the site, but it couldn't be delievered.
Then I found a little comment in Google Maps saying "Place closed" - should that be real?
It seemed to be perfect for our next trip. |

| never heard of it... there are hundreds of free sites around hanksville though. do you need facilities? |

| stayed there a couple years ago. there was rumor of that then. I agree with carpey unless you need facilities there a lot of free spots to camp. |

| I called them on Friday and made some reservations for May. The lady on the phone was very nice, and they are definitely still open. |
