| I want to go camping in Zion for a few days, but I want to take a shower. The campsites do not have showers, but the NPS web site says you can get a shower in Springdale, but not exactly where. Anyone know? |

You can go to the campground just outside the park where the Quality Inn is and they have showers. You can purchase a token and if you are lucky, you can find the broken one and soak for much longer. Check this link.

| Back in november (2008), the desk clerk wouldn't sell me a token. Off season or some such reason. The visitor center restrooms have hot water. I filled up a gallon jug. Back at camp I lathered up and poured it over me. |

A little pricey, but sure feels good! Personally, I ain't never spending three weeks on Denali!
I have a few of the tokens left over for the Quality Inn campground's showers, from a trip there in '06. I keep meaning to bring them with me for a free shower next time I'm in the area. Keep forgetting. By the time I bring them along, they'll have changed the hardware... |
