We made our spring ATV trip to Moab last week. We hit some new trails to get some variety. We tried the trail down to Hey Joe mine. It was a pretty tame trail but super dusty. It takes you along the green river for a ways before ending up at an old mine with a bunch of rusty equipment. Since it was the Moab half marathon last weekend all the rooms were booked and we had to tough it out camping. It worked out alright since we just hopped on the wheelers and rode Fins'n Things trail. I highly recommend that trail for some sweet slick rock climing and plenty of sandy stuff in between. On Saturday we tried out some new trails for us. Its always and adventure when you're just following a line on a map. We saw some beautiful country, and best of all no one got hurt.
Hey Redman, I guess that was you we met in Green River. Thanks for the advice, Hopefully we'll cross paths again soon. |

Yeah, big guy with a beard in an RV. He was very pleasant and knew his trails well. |
