The states have changed that don't need a permit for Off Highway Vehicles in Utah. CA is not on the new list -sucks. I guess I get a permit this year.

Turns out the list was backwards and they had posted the States that NEEDED a permit instead of the ones that had reciprocity with Utah.
Going to make my reservations for the UTV Rally (May12-17) in Moab today. |

Don't assume that this is a two way street.
For example we know that Colorado does NOT recognize reciprocity
with Utah. If you ride in CO you must have a CO permit.

This is pretty lame. I don’t ATV so I had no idea it was like this. Seems like it would be really easy using internet databases to confirm that and ORV was registered in another state. :ne_nau:

Well then why don't you just call the state parks and offer to do it for them? |
