Since it looks like we're canceling (postponing) our trip to Logandale over President's Day weekend, we're thinking about heading out to Little Sahara (west of Nephi, Utah). It's only an hour drive, so if the weather turns, we can easily just head home or tough it out in the RV.

Anybody been out there in the last 1-2 weeks? What are the conditions? Acuweather.com is calling for mid-to-high 30's with some chance of light snow flurries, but otherwise just overcast; this is unfortunately better than the forecast for Logandale.

Any replies appreciated.

I was there on Sunday 2/8 it was great riding till about 4:00 then a front moved in and it droped the temp droped 10 degrees and it started to rain & snow so we loaded up and left. The sand was great till it got wet. If you go make sure you are legal, whip flags & both registration stickers on your bike, the LEO down there checks everybody. Have fun & be safe :2thumbs:

We were down there with 4x4's and dirtbikes last Saturday, the weather was great and the sand was fun. It did get a bit soft in the afternoon sun as we were not running paddles. Ended up getting a couple of full-size 4x4's very stuck and busting up a couple axle. :nono:
