I'm looking for some good winter backpacking trails for southern utah or surrounding areas for this coming weekend. So far grand gulch/bullet canyon, red lake canyon and dark canyon seem to be the most promising. Does anybody have any other suggestions or beta on the ones I've already found?

Thanks

+1 on the Tuckup trail, especially this time of year. Beware that the last time I was out there in February I had the Jeep pinned in 4WD to get through the mud. The road can be quite bad if it's received rain or snow recently.
