I've been to Bryce in the summer a couple of times but I'm looking for an gentle overnighter that 3-4 of us can do with 10-12 miles.

The Riggs spring loop looks good but I'm not sure if the road is open to the end in the winter and it looks like it might have a lot of elevation gain. But if it's spread out over two days it might be okay?

The Fairylands loop looks good as well but I'm not sure if overnight backpacking in the winter is allowed.

Any recommendations for that area would be appreciated. We generally do the West Rim in Zion but this year we want to go somewhere else. I'm completely open to suggestions as long as their south of Panguitch and north of Vegas.
