Well, that's it for me for the river season. I had a good one. I definatley went for quality over quantity. Here's the fun I had:

Salt: 7 days of fun people, rowing a big gear boat, rapids and more fun than I can remember (literally)

Lower Animas: lots of fun booze cruisin'!

Gunny Gorge at smokin high water!

Upper Animas @ med/super fun level, finally got to kayak it, going back next year!

Moved to Utah.

Cottonwood Creek: really fun, got to meet lots of new Utah folks!

Sixth water: point the kayak straight and hold on!!!!!!!!!

Ogden River Narrows: go to get in a few runs at a good level, sucked in the race but had a BLAST, great run!!!

How was your season? What's on tap for next year?

No whitewater  Did some flatwater up at Smith & Morehouse.

Whitewater Kayaking looks like so much fun. Gear is expensive, would love to learn how and get a cheap used gear.

Yeah I figure the used route would be best for me. $75 is better than I thought for used gear.

Which Cottonwood Creek?

Keep your eyes open for used gear, everynow and then you'll find some deals.
