Utah Shuttle Needed: Kane Gulch to Collins Spring

Hi all:

Me and several friends are looking for someone to shuttle us in the Grand Gulch/Cedar Mesa area.

Start: Kane Gulch Ranger Station (Hwy 260)
End: Collins Spring (Hwy 261)
Dates: March 15th - March 20th
People: Three adults

I have read and was told to seek out some locals who are willing to make a payment deal for the service. Help a fellow backpacker!

Hey I love that section you guys are doing definitely one of my favorites out there. I run into this problem every time i do this loop and everytime I end up going out there without a secured ride. So far out of the 4 times ive done it we have been able to land a ride with hitchhiking. I have also brought along a bike that ive chained to the a tree at our end spot in case we cant find a ride. But everytime we have hitchhiked we have gotten a ride in 15 mins at the most. People are very friendly out there and you really appeal to passing by cars as you are in the middle of nowhere. Anyway thats my 2 cents
