So, we bought the 2020 Jeep Gladiator (Sport-S), not knowing the difference between SPORT-S, Rubicon and the other models.
Upgrades thus far:
3Inch Mopar Lift
37 Inch tires + after market wheels
Fox shocks
Rock Slider electric steps
Today: Quadratec Bumper + Smittybilt 12k Winch w/Wireless Remote
Early next year will be front & rear lockers + electronic sway bar disconnect.

I can't see the pictures...just a little blue question mark.
So you went in there not having researched the models? Looks like you're basically building a Rubicon...did you screw up or was the price too high for it?
I'm kind of a truck nut and keep up on all the latest from the various manufacturers. People seem pretty happy with that truck.

Yes, the wife has been driving a 2001 Toyota 4Runner and on a whim, we went car shopping. We saw the Gladiator, took it for a test drive, worked in the upgrades and took it off the lot with 11 miles on the ODO. 2 months later, we're at 4500 miles of offroading on the ODO.

Very nice! That truck looks more sizable than I thought it would be. Your wife is spoiled, man.

Pretty tough to beat a 3rd gen 4runner though. They are tough, very capable and last forever. I think we have 5 of them in our family for mile offroad use and hunting

Agreed. The 2001 4Runner still looks and runs like brand new. It has a paltry 120k miles on it, whereas my Ram 3500 (9 years older) has 223k miles on it. We kept the 4Runner and the wife still likes to drive it. I tried (and failed) to convince her to let me chop it and situate it for rock crawling..

I was hoping we'd hit snow last weekend and the canyon between Vernon and Delta didn't disappoint (for the most part), but the drive through Eureka toward Little Moab was the muddiest mess I've ever encountered. 6 car washes into it and I'm still dripping mud everywhere, but at least my Rock Slide Engineering steps function again..939279392893929

Just an update on our SxS.. since purchase, the wife made me take ownership and we promptly went out and bought her a new Wrangler Unlimited, 2" Mopar Lift, Fox 2.0 shocks, 37" tires and some awesome rock sliders. It will be a perm. mall-crawler. My Gladiator has been in the shop all week getting Rubicon D44 axles w/lockers and Falcon SP2 3.3 Shocks to replace the Fox 2.0 shocks. Can't wait to test out the lockers this weekend!

In that specific photo, it was called Delta mud. Congrats, you are now so close to Platinum level!

Are Fox Shocks better than Bilstein Shocks? I am currently in the process of making my 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport more off-road worthy. Checking out different off-roading shocks on Carid and 4wheelonline.

Fox and Bilstein are both top of the line shocks, which is better is nothing but a matter of opinion.

These are 37" BFG KO2's. I already have 24,000 miles on them (in less than a year), most of which are offroad. Next up will be 39" BFG KM3 (mud terrains)

I've read good reviews about those tires. Are they better than Nitto Mud Grappler tires?

Everyone has an opinion. I only run BFG's on my Ram 3500 Dually and my two Jeeps!

So, 2020 was a transformation time for the Jeep Gladiator..
-Replaced both axles with beefier tubed D44's from a JK (with e-lockers)
-Bushwacker front fenders (to make room for possible 40" tires)
-Replaced the BFG KO2's with some super beefy Pro Comp XTreme MT2's
-Just received my INJEN High Tuck Axle back exhaust system
-I have aluminum DV8 fender liners being powder coated now (red)
-After several months of waiting, I finally received my Wet Okole Neoprene seat covers
-Atop the TrailCal, I added the Superchips Pulsar, adding +30HP

When we bought this, the Rubicon wasn't available and they were only shipping the SPORT-S and MAX TOW.. all the other versions were still in production. I clearly spent more retrofitting this thing than a Rubicon would have cost, but I like where I'm at now and candidly, think my rig is now more capable than a Rubicon model.
