There's so many John Williams movie themes that are iconic, from Jaws to Star Wars. My favorite all time theme is "The Cowboys" back when he went by "Johnny" Williams. Not as well known but, such a brilliant piece of music. Whether you've seen the movie or not, just hearing it you'd know right away it's a western.
