Yesterday late afternoon I pedaled up the Mill Canyon #040 trail to Ridge #157 then down Tibble Fork #041. If you've never pedaled up #040, it's a bugger. The bottom half is crazy steep. I don't know anyone who can pedal the whole thing. Bottom to top the trail is a pretty unrelenting 6 mile climb. Ridge #157, from #040 over to #041 is really chewed up this year. The worst I've ever seen. The 5" of moon dust doesn't help, either. If you like wild, rugged, rocky, rooty and steep, this trails loop is the ticket.
