Beech?

This long distance drone battery and remote are working out great from my mom's basement. That part where it almost crashes is when the pizza rolls were done and I had to get them out of the microwave

On a serious note though, this shows how Drones will be an unstoppable window to the world, filming areas that certain agencies may want to control and keep secret. There's good, and there's bad. Secrets are getting more difficult to conceal though.

Different country, different time. Tiananmen Square was in China. Hong Kong was not part of China back then, and, to a certain degree, it isn't now. Despite Hong Kong being returned to Chinese rule in 1997, it is still independant from China (to a certain extent). This link gives (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-pacific-16526765) a half-reasonable explanation of Hong Kong's long history with Britain and Japan.

Hawaii was like it in 1941, when the innocent resident Japanese were interned after the attacks on Pearl Harbor.

The difference with the current Hong Kong situation, is that after the British were obliged to cede it back to China in 1997, Hong Kong retained some form of self-rule. That is what is being tested now.

You're learning! :2thumbs: Since WWII you (the collective you, not you personally) have been doing your best to re-create what the British Empire won (and subsequently lost)! You will lose it too, but for different reasons, historically & politically..

Edit: But we still have the Commonwealth! (including the commonwealth of Virginia!)

All the best,
Rob

Too true. We're doing our best to "spread freedom and democracy" around the world. Even if they don't want it.

One thing is for sure. Nothing is permanent, and everything changes all the time.
