What a joke. How could anyone think this is in any way fair? It's not really my jive, but I have no problems with people living their life as they see fit. You want to transition? Go for it, it's no skin off my back. But no way in hell should you be able to compete against biological women. If you look at times, high school boys routinely would be some of the highest ranked women and in lots of cases the men's high school records are well ahead of the women's world record. It's just stupid, and I don't know anyone who thinks otherwise, but I guess these people do exist. I actually read an article a while back where they originally set out to prove that now that a lot of structural barriers to women's sports were down, they expected to see the performance gap between men and women decreasing over the past decade. But of course the data didn't support it. Because, duh! The authors actually acted surprised. They somehow figured that if societal norms changed that it would somehow reverse 10,000 years of evolution and basic biology.
