Here's a short time lapse I shot of Snowbasin Resort today, looked like a great day to hit the slopes. I was actually biking, but took some time to shoot this afterwards.

The skiing was good all weekend and not near the crowds of MLK weekend thankfully. This year is better than last year in pretty much every way up there: deeper snowpack, more powder days, excellent early season, etc. And more importantly I have now passed the 50 day mark for the first time in a few years, and we still have another 2 months of skiing.

The Alta photo guys were shooting on Sunday during the Devils Castle rope drop and I poached their photo. Just remember, a puffy and softshell add at least 15 lbs.

Little man got his turns in this weekend too. He digs the terrain under the Supreme lift and I think we probably put down 5 straight laps down tower 11 chute. Here he is telling me to put the phone away and lets ski.
