This needs to happen.

As to help the un initiated--silencers/suppressors do not eliminate all gun noise, they reduce the sound of the powder charge--THAT IS ALL!!

As long as any bullet is going super sonic(99%),the crack of breaking the sound barrier will be audible and not reduced by said device.

The regulations to obtain this reduced noise from a firearm is beyond ridiculous.
