Anyone else watching her dominate the World Cup in astonishment? She now leads the Overall, Slalom, GS and SG. And is 9th in the Downhill. She could probably quit the season now and still win the overall and the slalom title. Her stats at age 23 are crazy
- 53 world cup victories and 75 podiums in 148 starts (To put that in perspective, the most decorated lady skier of all time, Lindsay Vonn "only" has 82 victories, and Ingemar Stenmark holds the all time record at 86.)
- She is about to wrap up her third straight overall title which will put her just one behind Vonn and 3 behind Moser-Proll.
- Her 37 slalom victories are already #1 on the ladies side and just 3 behind Stenmark for alltime.
- After the 1st run last night in the Giant Slalom the 12th place skier was closer to #2 than #2 was to Mikaela.
