Ok. What are your top 3 Christmas songs played on the radio that you wouldn't miss if they just disappeared and NEVER GOT PLAYED AGAIN? Here's mine. I detest 'em. Don't want to ever hear 'em again:
1) Band Aid "Do They Know It's Christmas" ("Feed the World") (barf. Should have been retired back in the 80's right after it was released)
2) Mariah Carey's, "All I Want for Christmas is You" (double barf. Way, way, way overplayed and her voice is like fingernails on a chalkboard)
3) Paul McCartney's "Wonderful Christmastime" (makes me want to barf, then gag, or both at the same time. No former Beatle should release a Christmas song ever gain)
Bonus song: "Feliz Navidad". (no I don't hate those south of the border. The song is just so nauseating)
I love Christmas music! These songs just get played over and over and over and over. I'll bet each of these get played at least once an hour on our local radio stations. THERE IS SO MUCH GREAT CHRISTMAS MUSIC OUT THERE! Why do thy only play these with a few others sprinkled in?

I'm a house painter and work indoors in the winter...so when the holiday season comes along these women I work for have that crap goin' all day long. Drives me nuts. I despise all of it. I don't need to hear those songs anymore, actually. Grab a Tamborine and make some noise instead, eh?

I do however, like the song "Baby It's Cold Outside"...have a drink honey, you 'aint goin' nowhere.
