Hiked Red Pine Lake yesterday. It is about halfway up Little Cottonwood canyon. What a wonderful Nature Fix to heal emotionally and physically. The red cliffs were so pretty and the mountain lake was so peaceful. Put a hike on your list of things to do this week. You will be surprised at how good it makes you feel.
