Not sure if this got posted on Bogley. This guy scratched initials into the arch and has now apologized after online backlash.

Being on the lynch mob. He was asked to stop several times. Kept going and had his kids run down to change the liscense plates. Makes me wonder how many other times he done the change plates routine.

When I first heard this my thought was how many people carry a 'spare' set of plates. And even a bigger mystery is why carry a spare set of plates unless you are involved in other criminal activity.
