There was a great turnout today up at North Fork in Ogden Valley. I was asked to shoot some footage by Visit Ogden so I showed up early enough to get a cool sunrise.

3 races today, and there were some 12 year olds that ripped it up too. A lot of the local High School riders were racing along with all other ages and skill levels.

This race was originally located at Wolf Mountain Golf Course like last year but the lack of snow made for some desperate changes to North Fork, which I heard is fairly controversial.

I've got a ton of shots I'll be adding as fast as I can cut them. Here are some so far.

Here is the finished video also:

Cool. I'm registered to participate in my first fatbike race ever tomorrow night, a 2 mile downhill event at Sundance ski resort. Should be interesting and fun (hopefully!). I registered for the Sport class, even though the description says this class is for experienced racers. I figure I have enough riding experience that I'll be fine and I really don't care about winning. Hopefully I'll get some decent video footage that I can post afterward.
