re: Road from UT 276 to Collins Canyon trailhead (aka Gulch Creek Road)
Does anyone know if the LAST 5 miles is rideable in a city bicycle (electric assist) ? (tires are 35-622 700x35c 28*1.375*1.375) (tire sizing on bikes is nuts)
Wife and I need a shuttle between entrance and exit points.

I have never ridden one of those bikes, but the first half of the road can be wash-boarded and the last few miles of the road has some bumpy slickrock that is still suitable for a 2wd.

Soft sand with substantial depth would not be good. Rocky roads can't be much worse than city streets in Oakland, CA. And my seat post has a "Thudbuster" brand shock absorber (parallelogram) which helps out a lot.
