I'm training for a race in July and I need to get a long run of 50 miles in for the end of May. I'll be a little burned out on running by then and so I'm planning on connecting a bunch of non-technical or easy canyons in Escalante (downclimbable or doable with a handline) to get my mileage in. Anyone done something similar or have any suggestions?
