I have a permit for the narrows top down for may 22, do you think it will actually be open then

We had a lot of snow pack this year but there was also a early heat wave. I think you'll be good by then but there is truly no way of telling.

There's a few sites i like to try and see the future with. This is one of them. Last year we had a permit for Englestead for the first full week in June. Narrows was still closed but only a week later the run off was done. http://www.cbrfc.noaa.gov/station/flowplot/flowplot.cgi?NFVU1
