Moab Airport car rental..can I borrow someones car?

Me and a few friends are flying our cheap jalopies into Moab airport (now grandly named "Canyonlands") in April.

When I asked this question last year (http://www.bogley.com/forum/showthread.php?75717-Car-Rental-Moab&highlight=canyonlands) only Moab Mark replied (and due to high winds I didn't get there anyway, just St George and east to Page).

But would someone be willing to lend us a car for two days for a suitable reimbursement? We're on a budget (I did say CHEAP jalopies) so we're looking st save a few pennies over car rental if it suits both parties.

I wonder how much the car rentals go for nowadays, and how much more a Jeep rental is. Might as well get the insurance on the Jeep and hit the Hells Revenge trail!
