Solo climber? Any idear who? How far up did they go?

He was with 2 others on belay down below, whom I was talking to as I was flying. The 2nd pitch is as high as he would go, where the rope is anchored. At 20 seconds you can see the snow patch on the right, this was the top of this climb.

Also shot at this time was the inversion in Ogden
