Jeep Cherokee Run Over Hell's Revenge

While passing through Moab recently, we were there long enough to head over to the Sand Flats Rec Area and traverse over the Hell's Revenge trail. My good wife was not with on this trip; the last time I was in the area she was a little reluctant to take on H'sR. So I passed on it that time. But this visit, it was an all "boy's trip" and everyone was up for it. Over H'sR we went! I love this trail! Its awesome! Here are a few pics. The two vehicles were a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.

Hey what's the official status of Lions Back? Is it still closed?

I thought that lions back was closed about 10 years ago because it is on private property. I have seen people driving on baby lions back in the same area.

Lion's Back is closed. Its been purchased by a private owner who is keeping people off of his land.

Looks like a good time. I eyed the entrance last time I was in Moab, have to make sure I do it next time.

Nice! You don't see too many stock Jeep Cherokee's on those trails!

I did Hells Revenge on my straddle ATV ~2 years ago. I had the only non Side-by-Side or Jeep in the entire area.

The noise coming from my machine is Polaris's excessive engine braking..
