Utah 2016 Part 1 GCNRA

Spent about a week running around various places. On my way to the northern Swell, stopped here to hike and see some rock art. Normally I am going up to the Maze and have only done some minimal exploring in this area. I don't use a GPS so finding stuff is sort of fun. I also hiked out some of the canyons as far as I could toward the Colorado river gorge. It was stormy and raining, but the roads held up and so did my old merrells on the wet slickrock.

Beautiful pictographs. I have not seen them before. Do they have an "official" name?

I think the larger ones part of what is known as the "Perfect Panel" I also like the others in the basketmaker type alcove, I liked the detail of the hands and feet and apparent fringe on the garments.
