Hog IV aka Miss Piggy 04/03/2016

Ya know, Hog IV was fat with good stuff even if it is the shortest and easiest of the Hog Springs canyons.
Plus!....the exit crack climb raised a few hairs and burned some winter lard.

My Grand Daughter Alijeh, Jeremy and I dashed out of Salt Lake City at 4 in the morning to take advantage of a perfect spring day
in North Wash.

The canyon was in perfect shape, no water, gentle breezes and anchors good.

The Hogs are fantastic canyons, but that exit blows.

What did your grand-daughter think of it? Looks like she beat you to the top.

The Hogs are really fun and the scenery is awesome. The exit crack isn't too bad. I have done it several times but I always forget how kind of tricky it is at the top on those last ledges of the crack. I get there and go "Oh - Oh"

My grand daughter loved it.

Yes she beat me to the top.
