Utah and a possible government shutdown Oct. 2015.

In my experience, when there is a Government Shutdown, the Government tries to make the public feel it as much as possible in order to help the public feel better about all the Government does for us with our money. Last time the rangers were still paid to be at the parks, but they were paid to keep people out.
