Any Slackliners out there?

I've been thinking of messing around with a Slackline and was wondering if anybody does it once in a while.

Would this be a good starter? I'm choosing 82' to go between some trees in my backyard.

I'm familiar with Gibbon Slacklines. Start with a shorter span - easier to stabilize the side to side swing.

I liked it because it came with the smaller training line that you set above your head. I didn't think it was a big deal but for learning that line was very helpful. The total length doesn't matter because you can always make it shorter. But starting with a smaller length between trees would be good because side to side swing does make it harder to stay on the line. Also tighten your core and look straight ahead.
My whole family loves it.
Also don't set it up in the front yard or the whole neighborhood will comeover and want a turn.

Ha ha, good advice.

I found this was a lot harder than I thought. That shake can really get crazy. I've been using my trekking poles to cheat a little but I can see where a line overhead would really be helpful

I have the basic gibbon one. Still haven't Mastered it. That overhead line would be good to learn the basics.
