Though the Bogley forum attracts mostly attention from the "Utah" crowd, for those who are interested in Colorado peak-bagging, we have the following announcement.

Announcing a new website:
Tim & Carrie Cooney are announcing the opening of theirnew website: www.climb13ers.com (http://www.climb13ers.com). This site is dedicated to providing routeinformation on every ranked 13er in Colorado. The beta is based on their actual ascents. The site is arranged in such a way that you can search in severalmanners, such as by peak ranking, range, difficulty, quad, trailhead, etc. Weinvite everyone to use it. The site is free to all, but we do ask that youconsider a small donation to help with our site building and maintenance costs.Those who sign up and make an annual donation will receive regularannouncements regarding new peaks added and our availability by email to answerquestions.
Since there are 584 ranked 13ers in the Colorado, adding in allthis route beta is a multi-year task. We presently have about 85 summits rankedbetween 200 - 300 on the site and about 120 peaks overall. We still have a lotof work to do. Every peak requires around 4 - 5 labor hours. Each year, our goal is to add a minimum of100 more. Every peak on our site links over to ListsofJohn where you can recordpersonal ascents. In addition, we will be linking each peak with MountainHandbook aswell.
We welcome your comments, feedback (there's a form on thesite) corrections and anything that can help clarify the beta we're providing.The site is not a "forum" type so you won't have to wade through allkinds of trip reports looking for route beta. We have focused on route betaonly and intend to keep it that way.

I have reached 10 high-points in Utah with more on the way... But I can't imagine doing hundreds of them...

Thankfully canyoneering isn't my only backcountry sport. :)

Anyway - it is organized nicely and actually is quite usable on a mobile phone (iPhone 6+).

The site was designed to be mobile friendly, so climbers could easily access beta "in the field."
My son, Shaun, did all the site construction. He's a graphic designer. I fill in the beta. Shaun has done a great job in my opinion making this an easy to use site.
Like you, we enjoy a variety of several outdoor sports and climb13ers is a major portion of a larger site called peakstocanyons.com that will give us the opportunity to feature some of those other activities as well.

Good luck with the endeavor! Looks good though with a lot room for growth.

However, the "in the field" means a constant connection...that's the down side.

With canyoneering I usually copy and paste info and turn it into a PDF and then use a file manager app on the phone to store all of the canyons or hikes for that particular area. That way, if plans change due to weather, people bailing, we have backup plans all on the phone with the destination canyons printed out as a backup.

Perhaps a later project could be putting the climbs in .pdf format which would allow for off-line viewing while in the field.

The enormity of just getting routes for 584 summits out there took priority. A pdf version is a good idea and has been considered for the future, however, of the maps I'm posting with each route, I am making a printable version for each peak you can take with you. I have those on about 65 of the beta peaks now and am adding more almost daily. That should help in the interim. Also, in Colorado, for a majority of these summits, you still have cell reception unlike many of the remote Utah canyon locations.
